At Dressland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can easily return any item within 14 days from the date of purchase — no reason required!
How to Return an Item
- Simply send the item back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method, and it will be credited directly to your bank account.
- Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re happy to help! In this case, we’ll provide a shipping label to make the exchange process easier. Simply contact us, and we’ll assist you with the details.
